Oat N' Toffee Cookies

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened (no subs)
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10 ounce) package toffee pieces
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugars.
- 2 add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- 3 beat in vanilla.
- 4 mix flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- 5 gradually add to creamed mixture.
- 6 stir in toffee bits.
- 7 drop by rounded tbs onto ungreased baking sheets.
- 8 bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes, until light golden brown.
- 9 cool 1 minute before removing from pans to wire rack.
