• 1 (14 ounce) can eagle brand condensed milk
• 1 (14 ounce) bottle light karo syrup
• 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/4 lb butter

Recipe

• 1 melt all ingredients together on the top of a double boiler.
• 2 melt and cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
