Ingredients

- 1 lb corned beef, cooked and chopped
- 14 ounces sauerkraut
- 12 fluid ounces water
- 3/4 teaspoon caraway seed
- 1 1/2 cups dry rice
- 4 fluid ounces thousand island dressing
- 3 ounces swiss cheese, cut into strips
Recipe
- 1 mix corned beef, sauerkraut, water and caraway seed in a large skillet and bring to a full boil.
- 2 stir in the rice, pour the dressing over the rice and top with cheese.
- 3 cover; remove from heat.
