My Meatloaf

Total Time: 1 hr 14 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 59 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard

Recipe

  • 1 use your hands, y'all. it's messy but it's the only way to really get everything blended well!
  • 2 combine beef and eggs til moist.
  • 3 add breadcrumbs, ketchup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
  • 4 shape into a loaf and place on baking sheet or loaf pan.
  • 5 combine all sauce ingredients, and heat for 1 min in microwave.
  • 6 pour sauce over meatloaf, then cover loaf with a layer of ketchup.
  • 7 bake on 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
  • 8 let stand 15 minutes and enjoy.
