Healthier Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons ice water

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins Ready Time: 17 mins

  • preheat oven to 425 degrees f (220 degrees c).
  • in a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut. stir in oil and water. press dough into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
