french onion lamb chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • olive oil
  • 4 bone-in lamb chops
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon dry

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins Ready Time: 35 mins

  • heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the lamb chops, 5 to 8 minutes per side. mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix, milk, and together in a bowl and pour over the lamb chops; cover and reduce heat to medium-low. simmer until lamb chops are tender and no longer pink inside, 15 to 20 minutes.
