sourdough drop biscuits

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • sift flour, salt, and soda together into a large bowl. mix starter with oil, and stir into the sifted ingredients. drop dough by tablespoons an ungreased baking sheet.
  • bake at 350 degrees f (175 degrees c) for 10 to 15 minutes. serve warm.
