Ricotta Tomato Bread Bread Machine Or Oven Baked

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, chopped (oven-dried herbed tomatoes)
  • 2 tablespoons oil, from the prepared tomatoes
  • 1 whole egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Recipe

  • 1 place all of the ingredients into the bread machine except the yeast. pour the yeast into the yeast compartment (or follow the specific directions for your bread machine).
