Breakfast In A Glass

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container nonfat plain yogurt

Recipe

  • in a blender, combine banana, strawberries, milk and yogurt. blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.
