Salsa I

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 3 hrs 5 mins

  • in a medium bowl, mix together tomatoes, cilantro, garlic, and salt and pepper. mix well, cover, and chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
