Sausage In Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup self-rising flour
- 6 brown and serve sausages, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
Recipe
- 1 in a medium sized mixing bowl, mix egg and milk together very well.
- 2 mix in enough flour to desired thickness of batter is reached.
- 3 add sausage to batter,make sure sausage is evenly mixed into batter.
- 4 for each pancake, pour desired amount of batter on a griddle or into a well oiled skillet over medium heat.
- 5 cook on one side until top bubbles, and pancakes are slightly dry on top.
- 6 flip over and cook other side until golden browned.
- 7 top with butter and/or syrup, enjoy.
