Ingredients
- 4 lbs raspberries
- 2 cups vinegar
- sugar
- brandy (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mash berries; add vinegar and let stand for 4 days, stirring daily.
- 2 strain; to each cup of liquid add one cup of sugar.
- 3 bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
- 4 strain and if desired, add 2 ounces brandy per quart of finished vinegar and bottle.
- 5 store in refrigerator.
