Hot Spiced Apricot Tea

Ingredients

- 10 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks (2 inch)
- 3 cups water
- 2 regular size tea bags
- 2 (12 ounce) cans apricot nectar
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4-1/3 cup lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine the cloves and cinnamon in a cheesecloth.
- 2 set aside.
- 3 bring the water to a boil over high heat and add the tea bags.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- 6 remove the tea bags.
- 7 add the spice mixture and remaining ingredients to the tea.
- 8 bring to a boil over high heat.
- 9 remove from heat.
- 10 remove spices.
- 11 serve the tea while it's still hot.
