Radish Slaw-ny Style

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 4 cups shredded radishes (about 40)
- 2 cups chopped yellow peppers
- 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 combine wine vinegar and remaining ingredients with a whisk to blend.
- 3 drizzle over slaw, toss well to combine.
- 4 serve immediately.
