Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- fresh parsley sprig (optional)
Recipe
- 1 slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks. mash yolks with a fork.
- 2 add next 7 ingredients.
- 3 spoon mixture into reserved egg whites. garnish with parsley sprigs if desired.
