- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 in medium-sized saucepan, combine whipping cream and maple syrup.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
- 4 stir in chopped pecans.
- 5 cover and chill until served if not using immedeately.
- 6 stir before serving.
