Maple Pecan Glaze

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 in medium-sized saucepan, combine whipping cream and maple syrup.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
  • 3 boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • 4 stir in chopped pecans.
  • 5 cover and chill until served if not using immedeately.
  • 6 stir before serving.
