Patrick's Meat Rub (lamb)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning (mexican season-all)
Recipe
- 1 rub the roast all over with the blend and allow it to sit for a few minutes prior to grilling or roasting the meat.
- 2 it won't all stick to the meat. just use whatever sticks.
- 3 note: if you only have light brown sugar, (dark brown sugar has a slightly higher molasses content), that's okay.
