Ingredients
- 2 cups self-rising cornmeal (cornmeal mix)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 large onion
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix all and add milk until consistancy is slightly thicker than pancake batter.
- 2 heat grease to 300 deg.
- 3 drop spoon fulls of batter into hot grease.
- 4 flip by tapping with fryer safe tool.
- 5 take our when browned. only takes about 2 or 3 minutes.
