Georgia Chocolate Whisky Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons jack daniels whiskey, whisky
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 pre-baked pie crust
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix together eggs, molasses, corn syrup, whisky, vanilla and salt.
- 3 fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
- 4 pour into pie crust and bake 40-45 minutes.
- 5 delicious with whip cream.
