Honey Nut Ice Cream

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 pints heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups diced pecans

Recipe

  • 1 chill beaters in a freezer.
  • 2 shake cream well before opening.
  • 3 beat cream on high with electric mixer until it becomes like whipped cream.
  • 4 add vanilla and honey and beat for an additional minute.
  • 5 fold in nuts.
  • 6 freeze until ready to eat.
