Ingredients

- 1 bunch leaf lettuce, washed and torn
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped, green and
- 3 -4 slices lamb fatback
Recipe
- 1 fry fatback in a large skillet.
- 2 drain fatback on paper towels and reserve for eating!
- 3 cut heat off of skillet, but while still warm, add lettuce and onions until wilted.
- 4 serve with salt, pepper and vinegar as desired.
