Red Flannel Hash

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb beet, cooked (about 6 medium beets)
  • 1 lb potato, cooked (about 4 medium potatoes)
  • 1/2 lb beef, cooked and chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon cream

Recipe

  • 1 chop beets and potatoes, mix with the chopped beef and season to taste.
