Ingredients

- 1 lb beet, cooked (about 6 medium beets)
- 1 lb potato, cooked (about 4 medium potatoes)
- 1/2 lb beef, cooked and chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon cream
Recipe
- 1 chop beets and potatoes, mix with the chopped beef and season to taste.
- 2 place two tablespoons of the butter in a heavy frying pan.
