Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• marshmallows (to garnish)

Recipe

• 1 melt butter and cocoa together.
• 2 stir in sugar and beaten eggs .
• 3 mix well.
• 4 add flour, salt chopped nuts and vanilla; mix well.
• 5 spoon batter into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan.
• 6 bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 35 to 45 minutes.
• 7 sprinkle marshmallows on top of warm cake.
• 8 cover with chocolate frosting (your favorite).
