- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups self-rising cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in bundt pan.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients and pour mixture over melted butter. do not mix.
- 3 bake 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven or until done.
