- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's beefy mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's beef broth
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a glass baking dish.
- 2 add rice to butter, coating well.
- 3 add beefy mushroom soup and beef broth and cover with foil.
- 4 bake in a preheated oven @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
