- 4 medium almost ripe tomatoes
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 slice tomatoes 1/2 in thick.
- 2 mix oregano with flour and cornmeal.
- 3 salt and pepper slices.
- 4 heat butter in skillet.
- 5 dip slices in flour mixture.
- 6 cook in butter over med low until light brown.
- 7 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
